This Premier, Main Line Package includes all of the following services:
- Scan all important pictures: What would you grab if you had two minutes to run out of your home? Most people would say their valuable photographs. That is why we feel it is vital to scan to a non rewritable disc all your precious memories: wedding pictures, baby pictures, graduation, holidays, family gatherings, as well as all those fragile antique photographs that are irreplaceable.
- Scan all important Documents: What happens if all your important documents were gone? How would you prove that you possess what you own? Do you know what your coverages are and your agent to contact in an emergency? We feel it is crucial to scan to a non rewritable disc the following: your one and only birth certificate, marriage license, living wills, power of attorney, deeds, pink slips, declaration pages for insurance companies, college/high school degrees, stock certificates, 401k statements, bank statements, business agreements, contracts, etc.
- Scan all important receipts of high ticket items: Receipts and warranties are very important documents to justify what you own. Insurance companies will want proof to validate what you spent on those high ticket items.
- Create an inventory list of all major ticket items to include still shots. We will scan and document serial numbers/make and model of all the following items: desktop computers, laptops, digital cameras, printers, scanners, fax machines, stereos, mp3 players, docking stations, ipods, televisions, appliances, etc.
- Convert at least 2 hours of your favorite VHS tapes to a DVD. VHS tapes deteriorate. Let us convert your precious memories to DVD today!
- Detailed inventory of all Collectibles/ Personal Valuables: We take our time to ensure that we carefully capture all items that you value. Some examples of those items are: books, art, figurines, coins, stamps, baseball cards, oriental rugs, antiques, grandfather clocks, valuable family heirlooms, furs, jewelry, designer hand bags, designer clothing, designer shoes, etc. Whatever is important to you we are here to document it!
- A one year follow-up visit to document all new items: It is very important to keep your video inventory up-to-date. Generally, after the holidays or during the spring/summer we collect more items or upgrade what we already own. That is why it is necessary to update any items that are not on your video inventory.
